What you will do
- Provide effective leadership and management to the Adult Mental Health Team.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets legal regulations and local policies.
- Oversee case allocations and supervise social workers to ensure effective practice and team cohesion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for service improvement and team development.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and local authorities, to ensure coordinated care for individuals.
