What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of service users and formulate bespoke intervention plans.
- Work collaboratively with families and community resources to deliver effective support and improve outcomes for children and families.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to junior staff and contribute to the development and delivery of training sessions.
- Undertake complex casework, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and policies.
