What you will do
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive support plans for children and families within the Kinship Team.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to junior social workers, ensuring best practice and the highest standards of care.
- Liaise with various agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated support for families.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
- Offer professional supervision and mentoring to less experienced team members.
- Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely interventions and compliance with statutory requirements.
