What you will do
- Manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases, ensuring quality and person-centred care.
- Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to fellow Occupational Therapy staff and students.
- Lead on intricate assessments, interventions, and case management duties.
- Represent the service in various case conferences and safeguarding meetings.
- Deliver specialist expertise in major adaptations and equipment provision.
- Uphold professional standards, leading practice development across the team.
- Collaborate with health, social care, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
- Champion strengths-based approaches and promote personalisation and self-directed support.
- Participate actively in the Occupational Therapy duty rota and support service development initiatives.
