What you will do:
- Deliver the Healthy Child Programme to school-aged children and young people.
- Assess health needs and provide targeted support to children, young people, and families.
- Identify and upscale safeguarding concerns while working closely with schools and multi-agency teams.
- Promote emotional wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, health education, and early intervention.
- Manage a clinical caseload and develop evidence-based care plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic clinical records using systems such as SystmOne.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to colleagues within the skill-mixed team.
