What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build & Execute Campaigns – Develop data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring every message lands with impact.
- Automation & Engagement – Design workflows that enhance candidate experience and keep engagement high, from SMS to chatbots.
- Content Creation – Craft compelling messaging that connects with candidates and supports our brand voice.
- Data-Driven Optimisation – Track, test, and refine campaign performance to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals and identify new opportunities for automation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in digital marketing & automation (email, SMS, WhatsApp, chatbots).
- Analytical mindset – you’re comfortable interpreting data to optimise campaigns.
- Creative copywriting skills – you know how to write engaging, candidate-focused content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, HTML email editors, and CRM systems (Vincere is a bonus!).
