What you will do
- Provide operational leadership of the Expert Court Assessment Service, ensuring assessments meet statutory timescales and quality standards.
- Lead service planning to anticipate and manage demand, including court work, ensuring that assessments are completed efficiently.
- Hold responsibility for quality assurance, implementing a framework to ensure reports are independent, analytical, and evidence-based.
