What you will do

  • Manage a full caseload across a range of pathways, including opiates, non-dependent substances, and alcohol.
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver structured psychosocial interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate both one-to-one and group-based recovery sessions.
  • Support service users within the Criminal Justice Pathway, helping them achieve sustainable recovery outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with criminal justice partners and other agencies to provide coordinated support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation.
  • Monitor progress, review recovery plans, and adapt interventions as required.

Requirements

  • Substance Misuse Experience: Previous experience working within substance misuse and recovery services.
  • Criminal Justice Experience: Experience supporting individuals within Criminal Justice pathways is highly desirable.
  • Case Management Skills: Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
  • Intervention Delivery: Experience delivering assessments, care planning, and psychosocial interventions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships.

  • DBS Certificate: Photo of your DBS certificate.
  • References: References covering the period from August 2024 to the present, including explanations for any employment gaps.
