What you will do:
- Lead and manage the MASH team to ensure effective and timely responses to safeguarding concerns.
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to gather and analyse information to inform decision making.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, facilitating regular supervision sessions to promote best practices.
- Ensure that all incoming referrals are processed efficiently and appropriately, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Monitor performance and quality of practice within the team, implementing improvements where necessary.
