What you will do
- Lead the Children with Disabilities Team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
- Supervise social workers, ensuring that work is quality assured and meets the highest standards.
- Apply thresholds and allocate work strategically to ensure that all cases are managed appropriately and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving services for children with disabilities.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support for children and their families.
