What you will do
- Promote and facilitate quality family interactions to maintain and develop positive relationships between children and their families.
- Support children during contact sessions, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Record detailed observations of family interactions and provide feedback to support casework.
- Collaborate with social workers, caregivers, and other professionals to tailor contact sessions to meet individual family needs.
- Participate actively in planning and review meetings to contribute to comprehensive care strategies for each child.
