What you will do:
- Hold a diverse caseload, completing essential Care Act assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standard of service for adults in need.
- Participate in the team’s daily duty rota, quickly responding to new and emerging needs with the support of your colleagues.
- Conduct safeguarding enquiries and investigations to protect vulnerable adults, working thoroughly to ensure safety and wellbeing.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, individuals, families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated support.
- Balance planned casework with the ever-changing nature of locality work, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to community needs.
