What you will do:
- Manage and support a caseload within the community, ensuring service users receive effective and personalised care.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate care strategies.
- Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Support service users under the Care Programme Approach and promote recovery-focused practice.
- Participate in supervision and reflective practice to maintain and improve clinical standards.
- Provide mentorship, supervision, and support to junior staff and colleagues.
- Use problem-solving skills to assess situations, review options, and make informed decisions.
- Travel across Brixton to visit service users and deliver community-based care.
