What you will do:
- Manage and oversee complex child protection cases, ensuring the welfare and safety of children remain the top priority.
- Lead and support a team of social workers, providing guidance, supervision, and ensuring standards are met and duties are performed efficiently.
- Coordinate with other agencies and professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans that meet the needs of children and families.
