What you will do:
- Manage an independent musculoskeletal physiotherapy caseload.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Deliver comprehensive rehabilitation programmes and strategies for self-management.
- Monitor patient progress and regularly review treatment outcomes.Provide valuable patient education and advice.
- Ensure accurate clinical records and documentation are maintained.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support service delivery.
- Travel to and service multiple community locations efficiently.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Post-registration experience in MSK Physiotherapy.
- Previous NHS experience.
- Experience in managing an independent caseload and delivering evidence-based care.
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Community MSK Physiotherapy experience.
- Experience working across multiple clinical sites.
- Previous experience as a Band 6 Physiotherapist.
