What you will do
- Manage and respond to safeguarding cases to ensure the protection and welfare of adults.
- Undertake duties related to the Mental Capacity Act and Care Act Assessments, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support and liaise with relevant agencies and professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
