Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution, approved by the Bermuda Nursing Council.
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive management experience in a Maternal Child Services setting.
  • A proven track record in clinical management and senior leadership potential.
  • Strong experience in financial and risk management, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
