- Work closely with children looked after by the Local Authority to achieve permanence and, in some cases, reunification with birth families.
- Take on a Corporate Parenting responsibility, offering our most vulnerable children a chance for a safe and stable childhood.
- Participate actively in Group Supervision to focus on children and young people with relationship-based social work at its heart.
- Utilise the Dyadic Developmental Practice model to inform your day-to-day work, backed by dedicated support and ongoing training.
- Collaborate with an embedded clinical psychologist as part of the team to enhance reflective practice and social worker support.
