What you will do
- Conduct and manage high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families, ensuring timely progress.
- Work within a caseload of 20-24 cases, including a mix of Child in Need, Child Protection, and other assessments.
- Respond promptly to crisis situations and Section 47 enquiries, utilising your problem‑solving skills.
- Be present in the office up to three days a week and full-time during duty weeks to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Travel across Torbay and occasionally beyond to visit children as required.
- Participate in a duty rota, providing support and guidance on a rotation every three weeks.
