- Lead and manage a team of social workers, ensuring high standards of practice and effective supervision.
- Drive the delivery of quality services for children, young people, and their families within the community.
- Provide reflective supervision and support the professional development of team members.
- Oversee effective case management and safeguarding practices.
- Apply the Strengthening Families Model, building on family strengths and focusing on protective factors.
- Contribute to ongoing service development, including initiatives such as the Pre-Birth Assessment Team and Interventions HUB.
- Develop strong analytical and written skills to effectively manage casework documentation.
