What you will do
- Provide paramount support to the Urology Team and efficiently lead shifts to ensure the smooth operation of clinics.
- Deliver exceptional patient care during haematuria and prostate clinics, held on Saturdays and Sundays respectively.
- Assist in flexible cystoscopy procedures, ensuring that all preparation and execution meet the highest clinical standards.
- Prepare procedure rooms and maintain sterile fields, showcasing your meticulous attention to detail.
- Engage positively with patients, ensuring effective communication, care, and discharge processes.
- Support consultants during procedures, demonstrating a strong capability and understanding of outpatient and urology-specific practices.
- Commit to ongoing IT and service development training to uphold consistent, high-quality service as the new Urology clinic becomes established.
