What you will do
- Provide comprehensive support to clients dealing with opioid and other substance misuse issues.
- Engage with clients to develop personalised recovery plans, focusing on harm reduction and sustainable recovery.
- Manage a varied caseload, maintaining accurate client records and delivering reports as required.
- Deliver one-to-one keyworking sessions, offering advice and guidance to motivate clients throughout their recovery journey.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide a holistic approach to substance misuse support.
Requirements
- A valid DBS on the update service.
- Proven experience in substance misuse services, specialising in drug and alcohol support.
- Strong skills in caseload management and keyworking, with a deep understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.
