What you will do
- Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for stroke patients, focusing on improving their cognitive and motor skills.
- Support early intervention and manage complex discharges from acute care settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans for each patient.
- Engage in hands-on therapy and work with patients to restore or enhance their ability to perform daily life tasks.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the impact of reduced function on all aspects of a patient’s life, especially for those who have worked before a stroke.
- HCPC registration
- Full and valid driving licence
