What you will do
- Complete comprehensive neuro physiotherapy assessments.
- Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes.
- Manage a neurological rehabilitation caseload effectively.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and promoting independence.
- Review patient progress regularly and adapt treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain precise clinical records and documentation for each patient.
- Contribute to well-coordinated community rehabilitation pathways.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience in Neuro Physiotherapy and Community Physiotherapy.
- Proficiency in conducting neurological assessments.
- Capability to develop effective rehabilitation programmes.
- Experience in managing neurological caseloads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and communication skills.
- Community Neuro Rehabilitation experience.
- Ability to support complex neurological conditions.
- Experience within NHS Community Therapy.
