What you will do
- Lead and support job evaluation activities, ensuring roles are assessed consistently and fairly.
- Provide expert advice to managers on role design, grading outcomes, and job evaluation processes.
- Develop and maintain job evaluation frameworks and documentation to support HR decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues, managers, and networks to improve policies and processes in line with workforce feedback and best practices.
