What you will do:
- Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to clients with brain injuries.
- Manage a specialist brain injury rehabilitation caseload.
- Deliver outpatient rehabilitation interventions.
- Undertake home-based rehabilitation visits where required.
- Develop and review individualised treatment programmes.Work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Attend MDT meetings for BISC and Moor Green services.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with professional standards and Trust policy.
- Delegate and provide support to Therapy Support Staff.
- Contribute to rehabilitation goals and patient-centred care planning.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Band 7 Physiotherapy experience.
- Brain Injury Rehabilitation experience.
- Neurological Rehabilitation experience.
- Experience managing complex rehabilitation caseloads.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Community rehabilitation experience.
- Experience undertaking home visits.
- Experience supervising Therapy Support Staff.
