Our services primarily operate in the North of Kirklees around the Mirfield area, although occasional support in the south may be required.

What you will do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate and Recovery Care bed bases.
- Administer insulin and other medications as needed, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Perform wound care management with precision and efficiency to promote timely recovery.
- Manage catheter care, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to care protocols.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Document patient observations, care interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
- Support best practices in healthcare delivery while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
