What you will do
- Provide operational and motivational leadership to staff, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring delivery of high-quality services.
- Manage a caseload averaging around 12, involving complex cases, and uphold high standards of professional practice in line with partner agency policies and national conduct guidelines.
- Offer professional supervision to social care staff, from social workers to assessors, regularly auditing case files and identifying training needs to support staff development alongside the Service / Locality Manager.
- Contribute to the advancement of services and development of policies within the department, ensuring consistent improvement and adherence to best practices.
