We are looking for a Landscape Technician to join our Estate Service team based in Liverpool. Working as part of a small team, as well as lone working, you will be expected to maintain the grounds on set sites on a rota basis. The role will involve lawn mowing, hedge/shrub pruning and litter picking. The role may require driving on company business; if so, you must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Undertake grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, pruning, weed/moss treatment.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring hedge trimmers, strimmers and hand tools are in good condition and operated safely.
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress of tasks, completing daily work records.
- Comply with health and safety requirements in accordance with supplier guidelines and assessments.
- Manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a gardening role and operating garden tools and powered machinery.
- Enthusiastic, well-organised team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work both as part of a small team and lone working as required.
- Full valid UK driving licence (if driving on company business).
