Sanctuary provides in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Responsibilities
You will work within the team in the Banbury region, gaining valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and developing the customer-service skills needed to build a career in the industry.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy getting involved in physical work
- Hold or be on track to hold a full valid UK driving licence, to drive a company van upon completion
