The role of Scheme Manager will include:

  • Supporting residents by providing information to promote independence, good health and wellbeing
  • Completing mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checks
  • Reporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Delivering high quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints
  • Providing administrative support, including maintaining accurate records in a timely manner
  • Completing Sign Ups, Terminations, Settling in Visits
  • Covering other schemes as and when required

Skills and experiences:

  • Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Proven experience of working with older people and understanding their individual needs or similar
  • Working knowledge of good practice resident involvement or customer participation activities and practices
  • Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Proficient User of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

£20,299 per annum (rising to £20,927 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance). The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance.
