Your role:
- Maintain effective and efficient recruitment administrative processes, identifying and implementing improvements, to support the provision of recruitment services for the Group.
- Provide managers and staff with clear guidance and advice in response to HR queries, ensuring compliance with Group policy and relevant legislation.
- Assist in the development of HR administration and processes to provide efficient, customer-focused services to support the wider Work Programmes teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of effective relationships with stakeholders, assisting in addressing any issues or shortfalls in order to ensure the delivery of high standards of customer care.
- Assist in the recruitment, performance management and development of quality staff to ensure that the required resources are available to meet the needs of the service.
- Strong administration skills and confidence managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A customer‑focused mindset, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with managers, colleagues and stakeholders.
- A practical approach to continuous improvement - able to spot process inefficiencies and help implement better ways of working.
- Good working knowledge of confidentiality and data handling, with sound judgement and integrity.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
