Sitting within the Central Talent Team (CTT) function, we have an exciting opportunity for two Talent Engagement Administrators to join our dedicated in-house recruitment team; this team provides end-to-end recruitment expertise, supporting the Group operations. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers from the initial recruitment request through to onboarding successful candidates. You’ll be responsible for managing internal approvals, publishing job adverts, and coordinating pre-employment checks including right to work, criminal records, and references. You’ll also help manage a shared mailbox, responding to complex recruitment queries with professionalism and care.

This is an exciting time to join the team as we introduce a new recruitment approach that enhances support for both hiring managers and candidates. You will play a key role in delivering our improved recruitment model, providing more end-to-end recruitment support to managers and serving as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout their onboarding journey. By actively supporting and championing these changes, you will help drive a more efficient recruitment process, reducing administrative burdens for managers, shortening time-to-hire, and ensuring a positive, consistent, and engaging experience for candidates from offer acceptance through to employment.

Skills and experiences:

  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within recruitment or HR
  • Customer service excellence, with a strong focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Clear and professional communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accurate data handling and timely updates to records
  • Discretion and integrity, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Good IT skills with working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. We use SuccessFactors as our ATS
