We're proud to be recognised as the 2025 Housing with Care Employer of the Year – and we're excited to welcome a professional and motivated individual to join our Housing & Contracts Team and manage a number of contracts for our agent managed supported housing schemes and housing managed only properties across London, West Midlands and South/Southwest England (Base location West London).

You will be an organised team player with great communication skills as the role will involve managing relationships with the agents and monitoring performance of their housing management activities.

Your role:

Sound experience working within supported living or housing management is essential. You may be a current Deputy in a Supported Housing or Retirement Scheme with contracts or housing compliance experience and looking for progression. Previous experience managing third party stakeholders is required. You should be focused, with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and communicate effectively to different audiences. Extensive travel is a requirement of the role; therefore, a full, current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
