Your role:

  • Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home.
  • Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues.
  • Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans.
  • Make leisure and social activities part of every day.
  • Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development.
  • Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
  • Team player who values collaboration.
