We are looking for a compassionate, community‑focused Professional to support people experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential
  • Ensure the smooth running of the service and promote it effectively
  • Work closely with colleagues and customers to deliver high‑quality, intensive support
  • Manage and develop a team of Project Workers, including recruitment, training and rota planning
  • Oversee risk assessments and personalised support plans to maintain quality
  • Liaise with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes, focusing on tenancy sustainment and move‑on goals
  • Promote safe working practices and complete health and safety checks

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this
  • Experience supporting people who have experienced homelessness
  • Knowledge of housing management, including rents, tenancies and health and safety
  • Understanding of occupancy agreements
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
