We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our voids team, based in West Bromwich. The role will involve working in a team of two sharing the driving and the workload. This role involves clearing and cleaning void properties after tenants move out, including the removal and disposal of any items left behind. Using our waste removal app, you will ensure waste is disposed of correctly at designated disposal sites, helping prepare properties for their next occupants. Development opportunities are available within the team for you to develop your skills and career.
The role of Estate Technician will include:
- Clearing and cleaning void properties
- Removal of bulk waste
- Grass cutting, litter picking and garden salvage
- Carrying out compliance checks
- Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
- Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment
This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
