Sanctuary Housing Association is recruiting a Housing Officer for Welwyn Garden City. The role covers a patch in Hertfordshire and West Essex, with a balance of home and office working, 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:00pm.
You will manage tenancies, ensure safe, attractive properties and deliver high-quality customer service. The role includes void management, compliance tasks, anti-social behaviour handling and full housing management responsibilities.
