Sanctuary Group, based in Worcester, is seeking a Temporary Talent Contract Partner to manage a multi-million-pound temporary staffing contract with the neutral vendor provider. The role focuses on contract performance, supplier management, compliance and continuous improvement, supported by two Coordinators.
The successful candidate will work with operations, finance and procurement to monitor fulfilment, timesheets and off-contract usage, ensuring value for money and adherence to processes.
