Hybrid working - The suitable candidate will be expected to work from their nearest office location, 3 days per week.

In this high-profile role, the Void Systems Officer will be responsible for updating internal systems efficiently and accurately whilst liaising with maintenance teams and operational staff to ensure that void properties are let within timescales to meet KPIs.

The role of Void Systems Officer will include:

  • Reviewing CSC void processes and making recommendations for improvement that heighten service and promote best practice
  • General administrative tasks to include; updating SAP, ordering furniture, quality checking data and writing reports on void performance and re-let figures
  • Managing the overall void process, ensuring staff are updated with relevant changes and liaising with operational staff concerning each step of the void and tenancy commencement process
  • Monitoring team performance against targets and implementing appropriate actions to ensure we meet or exceed service level agreements

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent administration experience working in a similar role or customer environment
  • Some experience of analysing data and diagnosing problems
  • Excellent communication skills allowing you to build strong working relationships at all levels
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and SAP
  • The ability to work independently, working to tight deadlines and prioritising workload
  • Some experience working in a supported housing or care environment would be desirable
  • A real team player with the ability to multi-task and solve complex queries
