Sanctuary Group is seeking a care support worker in Swindon to help people with disabilities build independence and wellbeing.

You will provide one-to-one support, assist with risk assessments, and tailor plans to individual needs, while delivering small group activities to aid recovery.

The role requires empathy, resilience, and good IT skills; NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to pursue it is preferred.

This is a part-time post with on-site duties at Maryfields.
