Your role:
- Deliver personalised care and support, helping customers live as independently as possible
- Support with washing, dressing, bathing and personal hygiene
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Assist with shopping, cleaning and laundry tasks
- Help customers arrange and attend appointments
- Promote a positive culture by engaging with customers and reducing social isolation
- Keep accurate records and follow safe practices, including risk assessments
Qualifications:
- Personalised approach to care and ideally experience supporting people with mental health needs
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach
- Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
- Good communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
