Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. As part of a not-for-profit organisation, we aim to achieve outstanding results for our customers based on our values – working in an open and transparent way, creating strong partnerships with our customers and providing a first-class customer service.
Salary: £44,923 – £47,287 per year (plus Company car)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Ensuring homes are returned to a safe, compliant, and lettable standard
- Monitoring Void turnaround time and cost targets
- Managing service quality and acting as an escalation point for complex or high-risk voids
- Supporting delivery of regional void performance targets
- Monitoring regional void performance, identifying risks and delays
- Supporting and challenging SDMs to deliver voids to time, cost, quality, and compliance standards
- Working with contractors and internal teams to unblock issues and improve delivery
- Carrying out site visits to assure quality, safety, and compliance
Skills and Experiences
- To ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 legislation, candidates must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Construction or Management and NEBOSH National Diploma – Construction, or currently undertaking the qualification.
- Experience of managing multi-site maintenance contracts in a commercially focussed role
- Experience of operating within a performance focussed environment, delivering key performance indicators
- Proven track record managing a direct labour operation or internal maintenance service
- Demonstrate achievement in supporting the successful delivery of projects
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
