You’ll be part of a compassionate, community-focused team supporting people with mental health needs, that puts people first – every single day.

Your role:

  • Support customers with mental health needs to build confidence and reach their potential.
  • Provide a hands-on, high-quality support service.
  • Encourage daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and community involvement.
  • Promote social inclusion and help customers develop resilience and self-esteem.
  • Work with agencies on behalf of customers, encouraging choice and acting as an advocate when needed.
  • Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices.

Requirements:

  • Caring, approachable nature.
  • Ability to keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team.
  • Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families and agencies.
  • Experience working effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).
