Your role:

  • Work closely with colleagues to enrich residents’ daily lives.
  • Manage the home’s administrative systems with accuracy and care.
  • Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash.
  • Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly.
  • Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks.

  • Experience in a residential care or similar setting is desirable.
