About the role
As the Local Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred support that promotes independence, recovery, and wellbeing. You will lead a team of support staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strong, values‑led leadership to the service team

- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a management role within health or social care
- Excellent understanding of acute mental health conditions and recovery‑focused approaches

- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory requirements
Desirable
- Qualification or background as a Mental Health Practitioner (e.g. RMN, Social Worker, OT)
