Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Sheffield based with a balance of home and office working. £36,850 - £38,790 per year. 40 hours per week.

We have an opportunity for a Gas Works Coordinator to join our Operations team in Sheffield. The role will be responsible for delivering a high quality and effective administrative and support service for customers in relation to planned gas works. Daily tasks will include managing a team, monitoring performance, interrogating data, maintaining and monitoring effective and efficient administrative systems. The role will involve a hybrid working arrangement between home and the office, with the majority of duties carried out independently. Managerial and supervisory support will be available as required.

The role of Gas Works Coordinator will include:

  • Managing a team in the planning of all gas works (Boiler servicing repairs and installation).
  • Ensuring the team performs to the legislative regulatory requirements, agreed targets, KPi’s and customer satisfaction measures, in line with business objectives.
  • Liaising with the wider business to gather, collate and present information to the Operational Management Team.
  • Analysing data and information to present in team meetings, taking minutes, distributing to the wider team.
  • Communicating, building and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Delivering a high quality service to satisfy the needs and expectations of current and future customers.

Skills and experiences:

  • Ability to use data driven insights to identify good and poor performance areas.
  • Working knowledge of effective communication at all levels.
  • Previous experience of extracting and interrogating data from computer systems.
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of good practice consultation or customer participation activities and practices.
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
  • Basic user of Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel.
  • Current full driving license.
