Key Details
Salary: £42,310 – £44,524 per year
Contract: 35 hours per week
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to support evolving business needs
- Design dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to the business
- Provide 3rd line support for Salesforce‑related issues and lead the resolution of complex incidents
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, resolve system issues, and improve platform performance
- Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guidance
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and governance standards
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements and new functionality
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve system efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Skills and Experience
- Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
- Extensive experience analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Experience managing and deploying Salesforce system changes through IDEs, GIT and code repository tools
- Experience working with 3rd‑party support organisations
