Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents' interests, preferences and lifestyles.
  • Take the time to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life.
  • Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience.
  • Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant experience as a Wellbeing Assistant, Activities Coordinator, or event planning and management.
  • A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Good communication skills and a flexible approach to your work.
  • Energy, creativity and confidence to engage others.
  • A commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • All roles require safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if needed.
