Your role:

  • Co-ordinate the delivery of quality improvement programmes across supported living services, ensuring inspection readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyse quality assurance data, audits and monitoring outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with operational colleagues to improve service quality through clear reporting, benchmarking and shared insight.
  • Facilitate workshops, reflective practice sessions and knowledge sharing to embed best practice across services.
  • Champion person-centred, trauma-informed approaches to ensure high-quality care and support for customers.
  • Support quality assurance systems and processes, ensuring accurate, accessible and compliant records are maintained.
  • Good understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements within supported living or similar services.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify insights and support service improvements.
  • Confident communicator able to work collaboratively and influence colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of producing clear reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft 365 and the ability to work with digital systems and databases.
